Wi-Fi speed was excellent for my business needs.

During my stay, I experienced several challenges with the dining service. The breakfast options were disappointing and poorly restocked, not meeting my expectations. Additionally, I encountered some glitches that, while handled quickly, did affect my overall experience.

Had a fantastic time at this hotel! I really loved the cozy spa lounge and the refreshing outdoor pool that helped me unwind after a long day of exploring. Just a heads up, the bathroom latch was a bit odd, but it didn't ruin my stay at all. 😊

I recently stayed for 3 nights in a Junior Suite and found the location quite convenient, with easy access to local attractions. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable. However, the cleanliness of the room could use some improvement, as I noticed dust accumulation. Overall, I appreciate the service and location but hope to see better housekeeping in the future.

I recently stayed at La Casona Dorada and enjoyed the pool's refreshing vibe. Though breakfast could use more variety, the central location made exploring easy. A minor hiccup with the early pool hours, but overall, the stay had a safe, friendly atmosphere.

The service throughout my stay was attentive and friendly. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room. it was spotless upon arrival. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the river – a true highlight of my visit!

The stay was marred by serious security issues, including a theft incident that left us feeling vulnerable. Despite the mention of surveillance, the hotel's unresponsive management during this crisis was disappointing. Although the room was spacious, clean, and had great air conditioning, and free breakfast was offered, the negative experience overshadowed these aspects. The refusal to refund our remaining nights after leaving only added to our distress.
